Message	does not decalre a distinction between OVERALL and Bead-to-Bead widths. So, for example, when he states min and max offset values, as well as front and back spacing for a given "width", it is not clear if the data refers to the "width" (bead-to-bead) we usually speak of when we say "I have 8.5" wide wheels" or if he is alluding to the actual or OVERALL width, which is the quantity from which offset and spacing is calculated.
