to oem calipers from what I remember. The advantage of a 17" RPF1 is that the spokes are at their most flared outward point when lining up with a 13" bbk. From that point of the spoke, they cave back inward as you approach the hub which reduces clearance for all brakes. This effect would be even worse on an 18x9+35 because of the afformentioned spoke design and placement of the caliper. This is why the 8.5" and narrower width wheels are designed a little differently for brake clearance.
I know what I mentioned above would work with a 13" bbk using the oem caliper, but I do not have Stoptech calipers which I can comment on. Either way, you will need longer studs to run spacers safely beyond 5mm.
