Message I removed mine and they don't lead to anything. Maybe coolant routes but they seemed like they were meant for post casting operation. Nonetheless they are not standard size and I ended up having to have Kyle @ IPP order them from Nissan. It took a couple of weeks to get them and the label and bags that I received from Nissan looked like they were from the 1980s. If I remember correctly Kyle said he does not remove them and my machinist even advised against removing them but I was persistent and had them remove them. You don't need to remove them.
