Message all injectors working ok, getting good spark, O2 sensor ok... ect ect. The car is an out of state vehicle and Im pretty sure it has a FED ECU. I went to get it tested for emissions and they did the "Manual Readings Test" the results are as follows.

Reading Target

Speed......mph: 15.5 15.0
Load ......hp : 14.1 16.0

Reading Limit
Gas

HC..........ppm: 8 77
CO.........% : 0.00 0.50
CO2........% : 14.8
O2.........% : 0.5
NO (x) ........: 600 541

P.E.F..........: 0.468

The guy at the shop said it would fail smog but he "Ahem" help me if I helped him. Now, I know Z's are notorious to fail smog but is this guy pulling my leg and just looking for a little extra on the side? from what I can tell on the reading the speed was reading 25.6 but the target was only 15 mph, ofcourse its going to show a higher reading for NO x. On the second one the Target speed is 15mph and its reading 15.5, so the NO x is 600 with a limit of 541. Maybe with a CA ECU it will pass? I know it will throw a code (light) but i might be able to get that overlooked.
