| They'll tell you exactly which level(s) of fuel/antifreeze/copper/zinc/etc are present in your oil and how many miles you can safely go per oil change interval based on viscosity retention among other things. But in my opinion, Rotella T6 5W40 is an outstanding oil (I only recommend it if you don't have catalytic converters as the high zinc could clog them). In general, more zinc is a good thing for wear prevention. T6 maintains viscosity well and contains lots of beneficial detergents/additives. It's a synthetic blend.
