Message	b/w ours and the o.e.m covers which is perfectly fine, it won't effect the installation or the look of the seats... You won't be able to install the covers properly if the difference is more than couple of millimeters, the reason is that there is a parting line with built in metal wire on the stock foam, the rear pleat has an attachment that hooks up with that wire. That hook makes the cover to stay there and fit snug...... You won't be able to hook the rear pleat with the wire if it is too far forward or backwards, even if you are able to, you will make that portion of the covers filled with wrinkles...........As you can see in the pics, there are no wrinkles on the rear pleat....which proves that it is in the perfect spot.... hope this helps...
