Message Pulling and putting the motor/trans is now a whole lot faster/easier for me than the first time. I'm sure I could have done the pedals in a couple hours if I knew then what I know now ;-) I just wish some one had told me to install the clutch pedal with the brake pedal out. Once I'd tried it that way, it was in, in a few minutes. I spent a bunch of time wiggling and pushing that assembly into place unsuccessfully while the brake pedal was in place. I tried installing the booster first, and then the pedal, the whole assembly, etc. before I figured out that if the brake pedal was out, the clutch pedal goes in pretty easily. It's going to be a bit of a PITA getting all the duct work and wiring back in place too, but it'll get done. I figure and other two three weekends and I'll be back on the road.

Question. Can the trans cover plates from the auto be used, or do I need to get a manual cover plate?
