| I don't accept the logic that this is "how business is conducted in any online environment"..."in this day and age". Dunno where you've been shopping but I'd be pissed too if I promptly paid for a product with the justified expectation that it'd arrive within normal shipping times due to the "in-stock" indicator. Only to call the company after patiently waiting days in frustration, to then find out it's still on back-order/never in-stock in the first place. Most folks would be willing to wait if they were notified, but they didn't even have the common courtesy to fulfil that simple task. However, I think his efforts would be best spent venting (read: chewing some ass) at the source of the problem. Pull your funds if the product is available elsewhere, and leave feedback accordingly.
