Message	Greyhound is the way to go. Once sent a complete Z door. boxed in plywood, via Greyhound. It was over 100 pounds and bulky. It was delivered to a terminal about 500 miles away in two days for far less than UPS would have charges, even if they would accept something that large. Packing an exhaust so it won't get banged up in transit could be a little challenging, however you ship, and it goes to a terminal, not the buyer's location. 3
