Message Just finished up, koyo radiator installed. And when they say it will be tight they mean TIGHT. They are ash pipes and I also have his planar intake. So here are some thoughts and tips for other first timers.

I had to grind at the extra sheet metal for the two pipes passing though the wall. Hit it for a bit then spray some fresh paint on the bare metal. Huge difference.

Use the supplied clamps. They hold plenty tight and you can put them on after everything is lined up by opening them all the way up.

Spray the couplers with silicone spray before assembly. Saved me so much pain once I did it. Much easier to line stuff up.

When putting in the radiator wrap the end tanks in some thin towels. Saves the finish on your new pipes.

Feel free to ask any questions. Just thought I would share theses real quick!
