Once fully warmed up, it will never climb past ~65 even when boosting and driving at a higher speed. When car is first started up and is cold, the pressure also reads high like yours, while driving. When at idle it sits around 65 as well. Mine never reads "0" though. When fully warmed up and at idle it will be ~20 or so (per the stock, "unreliable" gauge). I can almost bet it's just the reading that's faulty, and not your actual oil pressure. Condition of oil, weight of oil, and level of oil will change your answers as well.
