| because an increase in retained heat downstream of the turbine = an increase in retained pressure downstream of the turbine, when the ideal is lowering pressure downstream relative to the pressure upstream Whether the difference the wraps and coatings that are typically used on DP's and TPs makes any TANGIBLE difference when driving the car on the road, is anybody's guess, never seen anyone compile any data on the matter. I am inclined to think it doesn't but I really dont know how sensitive these variables are. If anything I would guess one would have to use oem manifolds plus wrapped and coated 2.5" DP's & TP's and maybe a non- "supersplit" style design DP, in order to tangibly notice an adverse effect in spool while driving the car.
"What a curiosity our new political correctness has made of our public spaces. Let your sex tape loose on the Internet and be rewarded with your own TV show; photograph a crucifix in a jar of urine and our museums will vie to exhibit it; occupy someone else’s property and you will be hailed by the president for your keen social conscience. But call people who blow up, behead, and mutilate, “savage” — and polite society will find you offensive." --Jared Silverman "Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." --Winston Churchill "When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." --Benjamin Franklin "Government is not reason. It is not eloquent. It is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master."
