Message Here is a write I did on Wiseco and CP pistons.

Its nice because it gives you a attributes to both pistons to show differences that differ from each other. Neither are better than one another but yield different features setting them apart. But please choose wisely, don't just buy something because some says so.

As for the JUN pistons. These are made by Cosworth in the UK just like their rods and crankshaft kits (stroker assembly). The JUN pistons are a good piston but have a shallow top side. All other pistons offered from CP, Probe, Wiseco etc have a tall or thicker top side or head. Features that the JUN pistons are missing are oiling to the wrist pins. They are non-existent. Im having to drill priority oiling for the wrist pins in the JUN Pistons I have in the shop now for a customers stroker assembly Im building. They have a VERY tall skirt profile but it is a light piston. The ones I have are def lighter than the Wiseco and CPs that I have in the shop.

My opinion is that you should buy what your budget allows bearing in mind the features you are most wanting out of an assembly. There are differences and most don't know what to look for so its important to weigh your options and decide which will suit your application and goals best.
