Loque - good question.
Even though i am not involved with every support call/issue, i am briefed on anything unresolved. I am not sure how Non-Disclosure can apply to anything product related here...
Our product is in a public eye, ear and review. I am sure that its easy to agree on that fact that with all the social networking tools available, its impossible to get away from anything technically wrong with the product. We would never try to either. We actually encourage people to comment on their experience and we support that business philosophy every day. The only control decision we made was to address the early CEL issue directly with customers that purchased the harness prior to Feb 1 2013. We contacted them directly and resolved the 'recall' by replacing the harness or walking them through the process (removing the harness is a challenge to say the least). No reason to alarm or discourage anybody outside of that 30-40 person group. And, nearly 1000 Z32 EFI harnesses sold, we do feel confident that its a good product. Another point that is worth making here - is that we are always here and do make a substantial effort to support our product any time, all the time (no one else picks up the phone on Sunday - Try it). We know it well and take any issues with utmost regard. After many years in business, i can tell that public comments of sorts - "Yea.. I had wiring issues and helped 6 more people with wiring issues of all different type" - are just a bit of drama that gets the post count up. You have an issue, you know what it is, just let us know and let us honor our promise. We do make a few products and sell thousands of harnesses around the world, so there is no hiding... No need to ask anybody to hide for us. Yury
