There is a reason why the bigger and more successful and diverse Z clubs are typically run by geeZers. If you can put aside that much of your spare time to make it happen and can commit to do so for the long haul, then you can be successful. People prefer to join clubs that are established and reliable. trying to stand up a club based on the conditional interest of other people simply isn't going to happen. You have to build it, be the front man, be the foundation, and let everyone else pile on and come and go. If successful, it will take off on its own from there.
