Message	It will cost you around $6.00 but it should show a trail of mileage on the vehicle title. You could also try the local tax assessors office and see if they have mileage reports from your yearly inspection/state registration fees. Yours being a 95 might get lucky since on the 91 they are now exempt and mileage is no longer shown in their system.
