| the harness, and I doubt that's what you would expect to do over the phone. Talking to them should help you run through "typical, common or known issues" long before you go wire by wire in the harness. I believe in this product and I know it has many pluses to offer. People should feel free to use the resources and support that the manufacturer offers. Again if you purchased the harness directly from me you can always contact me for support as well.
