You would have to go there with your personal mechanic if you are not mechanically inclined to inspect the shit out of that car. Go down in price, take in consideration the additional costs: gas and taxes when registering the car with sgi (5% - 10% of the total cost). You need to pass the provincial inspection before being able to register it (that's not for free either).
