Message	...is to pull the tube completely, get a longer section at the hardware store, re-install it and route the bottom end into a hole that goes directly into the rocker panel. That way there's no "indirect" route to the rocker panel drain hole. Still don't understand why it ends so high in the sidewall... No work has ever been done on that fender.
