Message	it would be very difficult indeed to form the aluminum around all the compound curves. Even 1/8 thick aluminum is very difficult to bend. My single turbo intake and intercooler was made out of 1/8 aluminum. I had to use a hydraulic rolling machine to bend it correctly. WOW, you have a twin turbo! "Nah its a single".......oh.......
