Message	I completely understand why I need permission to change "major vegetation" in the front of my home, but it's annoying at the same time. They go on random fits and are too quick to give a warning sometimes, but it's just a simple phone call to avoid an actual fine. For instance, I parked the Miata nose out one day, and I got a warning note because it wasn't registered. I called the office, told them that the car was registered in Florida, hence no front plate or stickers on the windshield, and I got an apology. Case closed. Annoying, hilarious, and no big deal. BUT...I wish they would do the same thing to some of our neighbors.
