Message	Happen to me 3 years ago, first time home buyer, after looking for a very long time, finally found a house I liked and was actually under my price range so I snapped it up, unfortunately, I was buying just the house and bought it on the other side of the river in Washington state, now I wish I had stayed in Idaho. Idaho is a much nicer state to live in, they have their own income tax, but since I work in Idaho, I have to pay that anyways
