Message	Sometimes its phenomenal, other times its really lacking and they "Ash" my emails. Pricing is often very good on certain things. There have been issues with a number of products (eg, oversize throttle bodies, silicone oil hoses) that they never seem to get quite right despite mountains of complaints. There have also been posts on here about performance work that's gone South and they refused to warranty it, so I would not recommend giving them that kind of responsibility.
