| Clearly the rational thing to do is await the garage rental industry to fly out of someone's ass and appear with miniscule fees that cover: -all the tools you will need to do whatever job in order to attract as wide a customer base as possible (huh? you mean pro's and shadetree mechanics typically already have tools + space and dont need to rent? the place woul dhave to cater to total amateurs, novice's, and newbies?? NAAAHHH) -all the liability coverage necessary for people to perform a laundry list of procedures with various tools that can easily send someone to the emergency room if used improperly (huh? someone would actually abuse tools that dont belong to them? NAAHHHH) much less dismember or even kill if misused via lack of proper instruction -whatever isnt paid in high liability insurance to be made up in paid supervision and/or possibly supervised instruction prior to permission to use facilities and tools -the legal consulting necessary for either of the two prior options to make sure that your garage (aka your livelihood) isn't bankrupted the first time someone Dremels out an extra 2mm of clearance into their eye socket -the advertising to cast as wide a publicity net as possible to make sure you reap enough miniscule fees to step up dinner this week from Top Ramen to Chef Boyardee In fact you were looking to open a shop, why haven't you put your money where your mouth is?
