Have a concrete slab poured and put up a metal structure or even a metal framed structure with fabric or plastic skin just to keep you and the vehicle from being exposed to the elements. They aren't very expensive. I really do not see anyone renting out their personal garage for you to use. What are you going to drive home every time you need to take a piss or a crap? If not then you have to go inside and use their bathroom.
