Message	Road racing, it comes down to driver experience and PtW. Many Miatas can crush a TT Z with a driver that can corner, they will be up your ass around the corners. There is a NA Z driver that will also crush a TT Z at the local tracks. Actually the TT Z can be harder to drive because of the power and the rear end coming out, harder to come out of a corner. The lower powered cars can just keep the gas smashed down and not worry about turbos kicking in. If you are going to be approaching 150mph, install a full cage first, 5 point belts, race seats etc. I have been in a multiple roll over on track, not fun. If speed is all you are concerned with, try drag racing. Road race is not about top speed on the straights.
