| Its not all bad, and you'll definitely be pushing your car harder than you ever have regardless. Definitely make sure your car is in full running mechanical order. You'll have to pass a rigorous tech inspection as well before you can go. Otherwise, you're an expensive spectator. Remember, that $209 is paying for all of the corner workers, them to keep concessions open, pay for the wrecker and cleanup crews (should anybody need it...*ahem*) as well as the EMT and insurance costs as well. Its not cheap to race, if its anything your care about, ensure your insurance is up to date and will cover you. Otherwise, invest in the $400 or so track insurance. Otherwise, get something light and RWD that is for lack of a better term, disposable. That way you won't care if you get a couple dings or dents along the way.
