Message	Not even the SCCA locally does, and they are by far the strictest. HPDE events usually don't require an SA either, but I agree that more and more clubs are, so yes, getting the newest rated SA helmet is a great idea. Wheel-to-wheel racing, I don't know of a single club that will allow anything but an SA helmet.
