I have been having issues with my clutch for a while now. I could never seem to get it bleed correctly. I have replaced master cylinder and slave cylinder numerous times. Still had the same issue, it seemed that the master had to be adjusted all the way out and it still wasn't enough for the clutch to engage. Well I looked into this issue a little further and this is what I had found. I can't see how or why the pedal would or could wear out like this. Has anyone else seen this before. My car has 140,000 on it. What I have done for a fix for now is found a metal sleeve/collar that fit in the original pedal hole. This allowed me to use the stock clevis pin and keep it from rounding out the hole any more. I have made adjustments to the clutch and everything is working great. Looks like I will have to replace the pedal.
