Message	building/"converting" to E85 is overbuilding for pump. So even if they do stop selling E85 everywhere, you're not out any significant costs over what you would have spent on a pump build. The ECA would be useless at that point, but that's about it. And yes, most of us Texans know we've got it good when it comes to cara :)
