You are running a wilwood front bbk, shouldn't that apply to the same principles? Im no hydraulics master but the only thing you might do is ruin your brake bias by changing the rear caliper; but you can do that by simply changing the rotor size as well. Doing a front and rear bbk using your wilwood kit and that front to rear caliper swap thing should only increase brake friction potential because your using another set of pistons per caliper and larger pads, resulting in better braking. As long as the brackets are good, and you don't just upgrade the rears and not the fronts, there should be no possibility for problems.
