Message If you're planning a 450rwhp pump build, you're replacing injectors. Instead of 740s, you get 850s or 1100s or whatever to run E85.

If you're planning a 450rwhp pump build, you're probably considering replacing your fuel pump. If you wanted to be completely covered, you replace it.

If you're planning a 450rwhp build, you're doing something with the ECU, an EBC, probably a Selin setup too, then dyno tuning (to do it properly). To properly do E85, you'd want a standalone. It's already been shown the prices are fairly close to a match with all the electronics they replace. But from running a standalone for a decade I will agree they aren't for everyone. But still, a standalone can be considered an overbuild item. You *could* just get an ECU reflash for E85, I'm sure, but I hope no reputable tuner would do that.

I'll say this in the nicest way I can: I really think you are blowing the "E85 conversion" way out of proportion. And I fully understand, I felt the same exact way until I was thrown into the E85 pool. Now I'm mad I didn't "convert" much sooner.
