Message	between all of the leading Japanese manufactures at the time. Its not like Nissan engineers couldn't figure out to how to add larger injectors, turn up the boost and open up the breathing a little bit more. It was a deliberate choice on their part not to rather than an engineering limitation. And emissions BS during that time. Madhatter10-6
