Message	but I am looking to buy a used subaru from a private party for my DD. He wants the $11k payment in cash. We will be meeting on Saturday where the banks wouldn't be open. I am just a little sketched out that he wants cash instead of a money order or bank check. What would the reasoning for this? As for the license plates, he blocked his out in the photos. I don't see the reason of hiding them either unless it is to hide from big brother where there are illegal modifications or it is a video doing illegal things like street racing.
