Since redistribution is the flavor of the month, why not just give that money to every single American homeowner. it would have been a one-time payment of $120k+ Imagine what a boom that would have provided even if for the relative short term. Th eeconomic activity generated by tens of thousands of people suddenly having no mortgage payment anymore. But they didn't do that did they? because the reality is your "preferred poison" had other plans for that money and it didn't include any of that rosy talk about healing the planet or fixing so much as a single burnt out bulb. It was a political slush fund, nothing more....how you can defend these people is beyond me. Here they come, claiming more is needed. How stupid would you have to be to let a Z mechanic fleece you like this?
