Message	Do you have enough saved for several years of personal expenses? Are you ready to put in 70 hour weeks for a few years, with no pay check? Ready to sign a personal guarantee for the lease? How much are "kick ass tools and equipment"? What are start up costs? What are going rates for empty buildings in your area? How many months will it take you to build out a building, so you can start working? How much are you going to pay your 2 mechanics? What is your labor rate going to be?
