| capitalism doesnt remove incentives, it adds them....government intervention removes incentives capitalism does not exclude competition, government intervention excludes competition it amazes me how so many of you can be so fooled into believing the opposite of reality is true. Ask yourself, has government intervention into healthcare gone up or down over the last 60 years? Have costs gone up or down? Have complications gone up or down? Has the amount of problems gone up or down? Are you seriously going to say with a straight face that your answers to these simple questions are anything other than up up up and up??
And you still think the people claiming to be able to "fix" this system aren't the very people screwing it up to begin with? Snap out of it for God's sake
"What a curiosity our new political correctness has made of our public spaces. Let your sex tape loose on the Internet and be rewarded with your own TV show; photograph a crucifix in a jar of urine and our museums will vie to exhibit it; occupy someone else’s property and you will be hailed by the president for your keen social conscience. But call people who blow up, behead, and mutilate, “savage” — and polite society will find you offensive." --Jared Silverman "Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." --Winston Churchill "When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." --Benjamin Franklin "The last official act of any government is to loot the treasury." --George Washington END THE FED
