Message	We have lots of uninsured who use the ER as their primary health care system, and many of them are "frequent flyers" who show up any time they have a cough or small cut. In FL they are not allowed to ask about immigration status-- dont know if that applies in other states or not. FYI- You can almost always negotiate the bill lower if you are paying cash.
