Clearly its a 40k car. #1 its a tribute to a 1980 nissan although its a mitsubishi 300zx. That is 100 times more expensive than a TT swap. #2 His son has a degree in IT with a minor in Risk Analysis, so he knows you are making a sound investment by buying a 40k mitsubishi/nissan car over the internet, and he already had his son push the numbers and he figured out there is no risk at all and this is a clearly SOUND investment. I bet in another 10 years this thing will be going for 50k. I hope I can get my cousin the Nigerian Prince to wire him some money for me from my recently discovered inheritance over there.
