Hello everyone! this will be my first post on here so heres what i have. im in tennessee and i have a 93 z32tt. i bought it from my brother with loads of problems. he isnt the type to work on cars so i got it for cheap from him. it was running great when he had it making a claimed 400rwhp untill it started overheating over and over despite the efforts of some mechanics that i believe ruined the car. so i decided to pull the motor with a friend. it is out now and stripped down to the block and it seems like one head is leaking for somereason and its just overall not in good shape. lots of electrical problems too the efi harness is broken in a few places at coil pack connections and injectors which surely didnt help the z live. so now to the point. im looking for oppinions on a couple things. 1 where is a good place to buy an engine? im looking for an entire motor w turbos and tranny but tranny isnt totally needed. 2 is it a better idea to just rebuild i can take everything to a local shop to be mnachined. 3 if rebuilding is best whats a ball park of price? i know i can get efi connectors for cheap but as far as a rebuild kit and all the machine work. Any info is appreciated thanks!
