Message	it filled won't do anything for you as it will just be in the sump. If you really want to be anal, before pulling the engine do an oil change and run the engine for 10 minutes on the fresh oil and then dump it. This way, you'll have fresh oil everywhere and won't have to worry about acids and crap in the old oil eating at bearings, etc.
