Message	over this "knock off part" debate. How can one "improve" the double din design? How much R&D is really necessary for such a part. I was thinking about molding/making my own cowls, then selling them at a cheaper rate because the ones out there are a rip-off. But if I do that, I'm stealing Nissan's R&D on the shape and function of their cowls. Would you all hate me if I made them and sold them cheaper? Well you shouldn't. When arguing about exhaust parts, breather mods, etc. then I think R&D costs/recovery is much more relevant.
