But in some cases dealing with these issues have been exhausted beyond belief offline, leaving people feeling that they have no other options but to go public. In one particular person's case, it's become common knowledge that the only was to get quicker results is to make public mention of their situation. Everyone knows who I'm talking about and customers almost always get immediate attention when bad press is being posted. However, second, third and fourth hand information can cause drama that is most certainly unnecessary. It would be nice to be able to regulate that kind of information. Though there is plenty of information to be found on the forum to steer anyone in any particular direction, does that mean that if someone falls to prey to one of these situations that they deserve it and should accept the fact that they've been had? It's not exactly a cut and dry kind of situation. In some cases I feel it's absolutely necessary to go public due to the fact that phone calls and emails clearly get no response.
