| Message | This is not a result of AshSPEC customer service or anything of the sort.  This is a situation where AshSPEC was dealing with a customer who was continually changing their mind on what they wanted which complicated the mess out of the transaction - literally dragging it out the length of a year.  Sure, we dont always get every order in a timely manner but trying to use this situation as an example of poor customer service is ridiculous.  We have catered to this customer even despite the incredible frustration of dealing with his indecisiveness.   This is not a case of poor customer service at all - we have gone so far above and beyond with this order it is nuts.
