Subject	Are stock throttle body vacuum ports needed?

Message	When all the emissions stuff is deleted? Putting my motor back together, and I can't remember what got connected to the TB Vac ports. Thinking I will have a friend weld them up if not needed (to limit potential vac / boost leak locations down the line when the rubber vac caps would get brittle & fail).
