I have been there several times and always had a good experience. Plus I am very familiar with the software so they don't mind me poking in and asking questions (as long as they are educated) The AEM (same goes for any standalone) is very comprehensive and takes a long time to learn. I am still learning several years later. The software interface is rather friendly and AEM is probably the must supported platform (as far as tech support + user forums goes) Honestly I've not done one thing special for E85 storage. The car has sat in both a garage some years, and outside. I have been on this stuff for going on 4 years now using the same SS braided lines. I have never had any issues with the fuel system, lines degrading, blah blah all the mysteries I seem to read about from time to time.
