Message	With a vette my friend bought out of Florida (I'm in Utah). We ended up adding about 20% more fuel on the cranking table and pretty much took care of the hard starting. When doing my research on the black goo though it seemed it was mostly a Southern state issue so not sure about that, seems it's a hit and miss issue with E-85.
