to say these things. If he was, we could believe you. Instead, THE ENTIRE TT.NET COMMUNITY would agree that Nick was the best thing to happen to ASHSPEC. While he was there, emails and phones were answered, and products were actually delivered. The "where's Ash" posts pretty much disappeared, and when someone was having trouble, either Nick popped up hear and took care of it, or another member pointed him to Nick. Whether or not the to of you agreed on what he was doing, your CUSTOMERS loved him for it, and the brand with your very name on it became reputable and respected. When Nick announced he was leaving, we all knew what was going to happen, and were not shocked when the "Where's Ash" posts started back up. I admire your skill and ingenuity for developing incredible things for the car that we love. You are doing things that stand out in a field of half assed hackery. We don't want to lose that, and as a community, we would be more than happy to see your business succeed. It would be a great loss to us if you completely disappear, but that is going to happen if you keep pissing off your customers. Look at what people say about Kyle, Greg, Seb and the TwinZ. Don't you want that to be said about you? This is not an attack on you, please do not read it as that. It is a plea from your customer that sees the potential that you have, and wants to see you succeed.
