| Hello everybody. What responses. Bottom line: December 4th 2012. Ash agrees to refund me $3500 for the 3071 turbos. He didnt ship me my intercoolers or i/c piping since May 2012. (I just received them a whole year later) He also was going to sell the 2860 turbos. The next day, I entered a program (December 5th). I find out while in the program no money has been transferred. I call him and leave a message where to send the check for $3500 and the $2400 incase he managed to sell them for me. (selling them himself was his idea not mine) I leave the program February 9th. I find out that he ordered the turbos anyways, the 3071s, and said basically I'm stuck with them. He also says he has a buyer for the turbos who will be giving him money that week. That brings me to today. No money, got turbos he said he'd give me a refund for. Just got intercooler piping and the v3 massives a year later (thats not even scratched or dented so he obviously took money from more than one person for them) I contacted an attorney in Florida who says a case was just tried like this and the guy was charged with grand theft. The guy offered a refund and kept the money. I spoke to the Vuluscia County Sheriffs office and they are re- directing me to a Edgwater (town ashley's shop is in) investigator. I am also in contact with an attorney who has delt with Ashley Powers before. I am going to be contacting the Beter Buisness Bureao also. Hopefully I can charge Ashley with grand theft, otherwise it's civil. I hope everybody is enjoying this beautiful day. I am getting my engine torn apart today and will be shipping it to Mitch at Ep racing by friday. I would post a build thread here but I am not sure where since all these posts get bumped down everyday? I have one on that other 300zx site. I will not respond to anymore questions about this.
