with Ash I've known for a while. He was scheduled to come in probably 2 months ago. I asked Ash where the customer was because I would have liked to see him and Ash said he had a "family emergency to deal with so he left town in a hurry." While on my last trip across country for my current job I ended up being in the same city as this customer and asked him what had happened. He told me that after about 5 days of Ash wasting his time (the customer is a business owner as well so time is money), he completely prepped the car himself (had it up on the rollers and everything) and Ash still gave him the run around. The next morning before Ash showed up the customer said he packed up all of his belongings and headed back to his job site on the other side of the state.
That being said... Harry is your best bet and will do the job well. Ash has one of the best tunes out there... but delivery falls short.
